About AiCM

Association of Insurance Claims Management (AiCM) is the Claims Association of India. One of the core objectives of AiCM was to have risk managers from both Life as well as General Insurance Companies to come together and work jointly towards a better risk management.

AiCM was conceived as a data sharing community which used to deal on emails and phone and then extended to some meeting rooms, which then got registered as an official body for the Claims & Risk Management of Life & General Insurance Companies with a strictly monitored governance structure with defined goals and objectives. AiCM started with Life Insurance industry level meetings, creating a repository of negative locations & people, a repository of investigators and worked on standardization of certain processes. AiCM then moved to the next level of creating an industry level Investigation Database with people from the industry participating and designing the same.

We at AiCM are committed to provide the said platform for data sharing and our future tie up (s) with accredited leading institutes as knowledge and technical partners like ANB Global, Experian, Hansa Solutions and Bimtech to name a few will help us in creation of readymade pool of experts to be absorbed by the insurance companies.
